Delivery

Handling transport issues

S.E.T.E.M carries out quality control before shipping, documented by a delivery note and photos sent to the customer upon dispatch.

The customer must open the package in the presence of the carrier and check for any damage.

In case of damaged material, it must be absolutely refused upon delivery.

No recourse can be exercised against the carrier once the package has been accepted by the recipient.
